Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth believes that learning is an ongoing process not just for its students but also its faculty and administrative staff. With a philosophy of student development being the centre of all actions, the faculty and staff play a pivotal role. Various self-development sessions align staff with the college ethos of service and student centricity.

Various self-development programs and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) are conducted to ensure they are fully equipped to support the academic and socio-emotional needs of the students along with their own personal and professional effectiveness. Annual professional development plans are prepared which help ensure that their knowledge and skills remain current and relevant. The main types of CPD planned for staff include:
